hugging your child,

I have recently read an article in a magazine and I am bringing some relevant points to us all.The author a psychiatrist says a hug can be healing, welcoming, reassuring, comforting and the most effective way to communicate feelings without saying a word. The author says  that children-who are hugged more often grow up to be confident, have fewer self esteem issues and are healthier. He says a warm hug of a parent changes chemical environment in the brain and provides a sense of emotional safety among children. A hug multiplies the appreciation and understand the need to correct their own life scripts of being criticized in childhood. These parents can begin appreciating themselves first.
