understanding the mind

In respect of meditation,the gure should preview the student before imparting.He should find the readiness in the student..The general impression that meditation does not relate to body but it connects somewhere else is not maintainable. meditation is not standardised.We do it to understand ourselves.Through meditation we discoverselves.And that is the only goal of meditation.
