An ever smiling man is a good environmentalist..Doctors say smiling cures  hypertension..Again psychology,says smile gives treasure of confidence. If you need a painkiller become a smiler by habit.Even act of  smiling pour happiness in. .I pity the modern IT world which,. cry stress stress every where”.Smile fellas” and be stress free..Make smilie a contagion and flag  universe with life of happiness..                                                                        /

Affection and love,can this be discerned?.
 In my view  affection is more generalized term while love is specific.With affection ,you can place your first brick to build your temple  for your lover..affection comes out of adoration and it can vane when the the adorable object/person loses his specialty., where as love has emotion in its quilt.Love arrow is aimed after preliminary efforts  like first initiative etc.Love is innate in abode and it has no referral from outside.Affection is wherever you search for  and is a first step to love.

a real postman

An article about the postman in a megazine moved me great because I have experienced all the emotions e expressed there in and am sharing
my reminiscens of our local post man.His memory fills me with joy as well as sorrow,.He was duty minded and was very strict.He will never handover a letter to anyone else unless he was sure of himself about the final destination of the letter..Me and my friends use to wait at the post office itself.As per his moods he will finger at individuals who draw a blank on that day and will not allow them to remain in the premises.Sometimes we used to follow him like children following a boom boom bullock and his mentor, until he chooses his place for some disposal before his round of streets.A very pious man, Anchaneya bhakta , straight forward man and equally a short tempered man.WE celebrate anjaneya mahotswam in our place and during the discourses if the subject touches,Anjaneya"s adventures ,NAIDU sir as we call him with most affection will be inspired and will jump and make noises and will dance crying anjaneya ,Anjaneya shedding tears.He never had a cycle and will walk streets aroundThiruvanikoil streets even in hot summer.I profoundly reget that I didn"t even think to thank him for his servicesWHEN HE RETIRED.now I shed a tear for that man and hate myself for not being grateful to NAIDU SIR,who is no more on earth.

hugging your child,

I have recently read an article in a magazine and I am bringing some relevant points to us all.The author a psychiatrist says a hug can be healing,welcoming,reassuring, comforting and the most effective way to communicate feelings without saying a word. The author says  that children-who are hugged more often grow up to be confident,have fewer self esteem issues and are healthier.He says a warm hug of a parent changes chemical environment in the brain and provides a sense of emotional safety among children. A hug multiplies the appreciation and understand the need to correct their own life scripts of being criticized in childhood.These parents can begin appreciating themselves first.
